Narratives de Llum

Col·lectiu Supervuiteres is a group of emerging artists and filmmakers who met last April during the Super-8 experimental film workshop at La Bonne, given by Natalia Lucía. With quite diverse backgrounds and levels of experience, everyone participated in the creation, capture, and editing process. This is our first joint project, but we hope it won't be the last.

Spontaneously and randomly, three Super-8 cameras are exchanged between the participants, who interact with the space and the lights it offers as they wander through the city. The gaze of one inspires the gesture of the other, and thus a narrative is created as a result of shared observation and the idea that everything has the potential to become an image. In the manipulation of the film, work is done freely and in a more individual way from various intervention approaches, but in a common space, in such a way that the result is very diverse but maintains a stylistic nexus.
